The Department of Molecular Physiology and Biophysics hosts poster presentation events throughout the year, including as a part of faculty recruitment visits.

These gatherings showcase research from scientists at all career stages, including undergraduate research assistants, postbaccalaureate research interns, graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, research scientists, and faculty. The sessions highlight a wide variety of research areas, including neuroscience, cryo-EM, cancer biology, and other topics. Typically held near departmental lab spaces, these events provide opportunities for attendees to interact with presenters while enjoying refreshments from local caterers.

By bringing together researchers from across the department, these poster sessions foster scientific discussion, encourage the exchange of ideas, and create opportunities for new collaborations.
